A Game-Changer for Teachers

As a teacher, time is of the essence. With Online Document Viewer, you can instantly access your lesson slides from any device, without needing to install PowerPoint or OpenOffice. Whether you’re revising materials before class or sharing content with colleagues, our platform ensures a smooth experience.

For students

Upload the assignment deck or the group project slides and read them — free, and ODP from OpenOffice and LibreOffice opens the same way.

What it accepts

Nine extensions on the PowerPoint viewer: PPT, PPTX, ODP, PPTM, PPSX, PPSM, POT, POTX and POTM. 20 MB per deck. The macro-enabled variants render and nothing executes.

  1. Completely free: no downloads, no subscription, no account.
  2. Any device: a laptop, a tablet or a phone; it is a web page.
  3. Nothing kept: uploaded over TLS, rendered on the server, deleted when the session ends.

What a rendered deck leaves out

Each slide becomes an image, so anything that depends on time or a click is not in it:

  • Transitions and animations collapse into one frame. A four-step build shows all four steps stacked together.
  • Video and audio give you the poster frame.
  • Speaker notes sit outside the slide and do not appear.

Hidden slides do render — they were hidden from the presentation, not removed from the deck.

Over 20 MB

Embedded video, or full-resolution photographs. In PowerPoint: File, Compress Media, or Compress Pictures. Then upload again.

How to use it

  1. Open the PowerPoint viewer.
  2. Upload the PPT, PPTX or ODP.
  3. Read it, slide by slide. Print if you need to.

To hand the deck to someone without PowerPoint at all, the PowerPoint converter exports PPT and PPTX to PDF, JPG or PNG.

Free, no sign-up, and the file gone when you close the tab.
