Upload a deck to the PowerPoint viewer and it renders slide by slide, in the browser, with no Microsoft Office on the machine.

Nine extensions: PPT, PPTX, ODP, PPTM, PPSX, PPSM, POT, POTX and POTM. Up to 20 MB per deck. ODP is the OpenOffice and LibreOffice presentation format — note that it is ODP, not ODS; a .ods is a spreadsheet and goes to the Excel viewer.
The macro-enabled variants (PPTM, PPSM, POTM) are accepted. They render; nothing executes.
What a rendered slide leaves out
Each slide becomes an image, so anything that depends on time or a click is not in it: transitions and animations collapse into a single frame, video and audio give you the poster frame, and speaker notes live outside the slide and do not appear.
Sending the deck on
The PowerPoint converter exports PPT and PPTX to PDF, JPG or PNG, so the recipient needs no presentation software at all.
Word files go to the online Word viewer and spreadsheets to the online Excel viewer.
Putting this inside your own application
The viewer on this site is free and hosted. Embedding the same rendering engine in a CMS, a DMS or an ASP.NET application is a different product: the Doconut .NET SDK, which is licensed and runs on your own servers. Nothing on this website is deployable.
