Microsoft Project files need Microsoft Project, and the people who have to read a plan usually do not have it. The Project viewer at OnlineDocumentViewer.com opens MPP and MPX in a browser tab instead, up to 20 MB per file.

🔄 What it accepts

.mpp and .mpx, up to 20 MB. .mpt, the Project template format, is not accepted — the rendering engine has nothing that reads it, so taking the upload would only waste your time.

A browser and the file. No Project licence, no plugin, no account. The upload is deleted from the server when the session ends, so nothing is stored and there is no library to come back to.

🔍 What it does not do

It reads. It does not edit: nobody can move a task, re-level a resource or change a date here. Send the MPP back to whoever owns the plan for changes.
