One honest caveat about fidelity
Layouts, styles, images and tables render as saved. Fonts do not: a font is named in a document rather than stored in it, so one missing from the rendering server is substituted, the text rewraps, and the page count can shift. Ask senders to embed fonts when pagination matters.
