Multi-Format Document Viewer for Teams

Your team receives PDF, DOCX, XLSX, DWG, MSG and PSD. One browser viewer opens 70+ extensions, with no install, no account and a size limit set per format.

A team does not receive one format. The drawing arrives as DWG, the contract as DOCX, the export as CSV, the mockup as PSD, and the whole thread as an MSG. Opening all of it on every machine means AutoCAD, Word, Photoshop and Outlook on every machine.

Upload the file to the document viewer instead. It opens in a browser tab. No account, no install, nothing for IT to approve.

The formats, and the size limit on each

Seventeen viewers, 70+ extensions between them. Each viewer sets its own ceiling: a CAD drawing and a text file do not cost the same to render.

Go over the ceiling and the upload is refused with the number in the message, not with a generic failure.

What you get once the file opens

Page forward and back, jump to a page number, zoom, fit the page to the window, print, and search the text.

Search reads the text layer. A PDF written by a word processor has one, so it is searchable. A scanned page is a picture of text with no layer underneath, and search returns nothing on it. There is no OCR here.

Three reasons a file does not open

It is over the limit. Find the format in the table above. A 40 MB workbook will not go through a 20 MB door.

It is password-protected. The upload box has a password field. Type the open password there and the file renders; without it, nothing can.

It went to the wrong page. Each viewer page accepts its own formats and refuses the rest, which is why there are seventeen pages and not one. Drop a DWG on the PDF page and it sends you to the CAD viewer rather than failing.

What this is not

It is not an editor. Files render; they do not change.

It is not storage. There is no library, no history, and no link to hand a colleague. Each upload belongs to one session, so you send the file, not a URL.

It is not something you install inside your own product. Embedding the viewer in your own software is the paid SDK. Viewing files here is the free part.

Common questions

Does everyone on the team need an account? No. There are no accounts to create, on any of the seventeen viewers.

Do the OpenDocument formats work, or only the Microsoft ones? ODT, ODS and ODP all open, as do the macro-enabled and template variants: DOCM, XLSM, PPTM, DOTX, XLTX, POTX.

Can I open a Visio diagram without Visio, or a Project plan without Project? Yes. VSD, VSDX and the rest of the Visio family render, and so do MPP and MPX.

Does it need a plugin or a browser extension? No. The document renders in a sandboxed frame in an ordinary browser tab. There is nothing to install and nothing for IT to whitelist.
